1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only. We are working on expanding to more locations soon!
2. How long does shipping take?
Processing times are typically 2-3 business days and shipping takes about 7-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.
5. Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
6. What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
At this time, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyerβs remorse. Please review the product details and sizing before ordering.
7. How do I request a return?

8. When will I receive my refund?
You can reach us at hello@raineyskyes.com. We aim to reply within 24β48 hours on business days.Once your return is approved and processed, weβll issue the refund immediately. However, depending on your bank, it may take 5β14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

10. Are your pet products safe?
Yes! We source high-quality products that are safe and comfortable for pets. Please always supervise your pet when using a new product.
11. My package is delayedβwhat should I do?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first. If it hasnβt updated in a few days, contact us, and weβll look into it.
12. What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please check with your local carrier or consider filing a claim with them.
